Suzanne's story:

" I attended Dr. Ashley Hocutt’s “Below The Bump” prenatal pelvic prep class in my 28th week of pregnancy… I have carried what I learned that day with me the whole rest of the way! And I know it will help me have a foundation for postpartum as well. Between practicing proper breath work, learning how to be aware of my pelvic floor, and learning appropriate movements/exercises, we were left with many resources to help ourselves and feel empowered. (EVERYONE in the class admitted to the misunderstanding of the kegel exercise, so this is reason enough for every pregnant woman to learn this information!) Dr. Ashley’s perspective on mindset about labor and delivery are also very important for all pregnant women AND their partners. Easing fear, emphasizing the incredible, natural processes of birth, and providing specific prep exercises (that we mastered in the class) impact the expectant mom in extremely beneficial ways that she won’t get from any other birth provider. This class is a must for new moms and moms who want a better experience for a new birth.

As a chiropractor, I care very much about and understand the importance of the pelvis and nervous system connections. So I regularly refer my patients to Dr. Ashley for her expertise in this field. Thank you, Dr. Ashley, for everything you do! "
