GIVING YOU REASON TO LOVE YOUR PRIVATE PARTS AGAIN
Dream of running, moving through vinyasa mindfully or hiking through the woods without worry of peeing your panties?
Avoid movie theaters and broadway shows because sitting hurts your private parts?
Pee on the mister setting instead of the straight stream?
Spend more time on the toilet than you do dancing to Cindy Lauper?
Want to be able to have fun and pleasure with sex again?
Wonder whether any of this is possible?
IT'S SURELY WITHIN GRASP!
I'll help you reach it.
Hey ya'all I'm Dr. Ashley (I'm not really southern, but I am from the south)
I'm a Florida girl, and lover of all things sunny, warm and a little bit humid. I made a brave move to the Northeast for PT school and got my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2008. While taking a study break in the mountains for snowboarding (but mostly in the lodge thawing out my toes), I met my husband to be. And here I am embracing a NY life.
One thing I get asked often is,
"What made you get into doing this kind of stuff?"
I found my passion of inspiring confidence in peoples' privates parts after having 2 kids and realizing the "uh-ohs" and "omgs" that go along with it.
I know how it feels to go through a life with pelvic pain, constipation, painful periods and even painful sex. Not just because I guide people to overcome their problems, but because I've lived it and said "peace out" to those nasty symptoms!
I'm here to help you through your healing journey.
I'm a PT, a coach and a believer that people who pee and poo deserve amazing care and someone to talk to about that private stuff,
I'm a happy wife and mother of two spirited girls. I enjoy finding stillness and strength through yoga, hiking with my family and a sipping a glass of rose on my sunny (did I mention I love the warm days) back porch.
